and Lead Into The National Forest
The Cabin is On 20 Acres, some Wooded, all Criss Crossed With Trails. You Can Hike To your Hearts
Content .
Your Pups will Love Running the Flood Plain.
We Are Very Private.
There Are Ponds With Catfish and Trout. We Have Over 1000' On The Toccoa River. You Can Fish From The Bank
Or Take On The Challenge Of Fly Fishing In The River
The Catfish Pond Is A "Catch and Release Only" And We Ask that You Feed Them Every Day. Feed Is Provided.
Please Watch Your Children--Some Of These Fish Are Close To 10 Pounds!
We Are Nestled in The North Georgia Mountains, Just 1/2 Mile Into Fannin
County, This Vacation Home is Right On The Toccoa River and Backs Up to The National Forest. The River Is Stocked Weekly With
Trout And Is Excellent For Fishing, Tubing, Canoeing Or Kayaking. We have a Beach Area Where Kids And Adults Alike Can
Go Wading Or Catch Minnows To Put In The Ponds. You can Go Swimming
At Nearby Lake Blue Ridge, Lake Nottley , Lake Winfield Scott Or Vogel State Park.
The Trout Pond, Hidden In The Woods, Is A Feed Only

We ask That You Fill The Feeders While You Are There.
We Also Keep Corn To Feed The Deer At Their Feeder At The Corner Of The Pature. Give Them A Can Of
Corn And It Will Be Gone By Morning. Of Course, All Feed Is Provided.
The Cabin is Cedar On The Outside And Pine Inside,
With Cathedral Ceilings and 4 Ceiling Fans.
Rarely Over 80 Degrees in Summer, The Cabin has Central Air.
The Fireplace is Cheerfully Warm On Cool Nights
With Propane Heat For Winter.
Firewood Is Provided.
In Summer build A Fire In The Outside Fire Ring.
Pull up A Chair And Roast Some Marshmallows!
The Country Kitchen Is Equipped For A Gourmet Cook
With All the Spices And Condiments Provided.
Just Bring Food!
Or Cook Outside On The Charcoal Grill
WHile You Watch The Deer Come Into Feed.
If Winter Weather Forces You To Stay Inside, We Have TVS and VCR and DVD
Players. We Have Satellite Hookups For Each So that You Can Watch Different Shows. You Can Even Record Two Shows and Watch
a Third. Fast Foward Through Those Commercials!
There Is A Library Of Books and Tapes
If You Just want To Curl Up On the Couch
And Read.

Upstairs There are Two Single Beds With A
Private Sun Porch.
Sit On the Porch and Watch The Sun Rise Or The Moon.
We Also Have a Washer and Dryer. We have pillows, comforters and blankets.
You Must Bring Your Own Sheets and Towels.

and The Cooper Creek Recreation Area
In the Blue Ridge Mountains. We Are Just Off Hwy 60--Very Easy
Access.
There Are Numerous Waterfalls In The Area .
There Are Many Hiking Trails If You Tire Of Walking On Our Mountain. We
Are Very Close To the Benton McKay Trail,
The Appalachian Trail, Blood Mountain and The Duncan Ridge Trail as Well
As Brasstown Bald, Georgia's Highest Mountain
There Are Several Golf Courses Including
White Path and The Brasstown Valley Resort .
We Are Equi-distant From Dahlonega,
Blue Ridge and Blairsville. Pan For Gold
Or Visit the Antique and Country Shops.

The Basic Rate Is $130.00 Per Night For Up TO 4 Persons.
Tax included.
Each Additional Person Is $10.00.
There Is A 3 Night Minimum.
Pets And Horses Are $7 Per Night Per Animal.
We Have No Maid Service So We Do Not Charge A Cleaning Fee.
Everyone Is Expected To Leave The Cabin As Clean As They Found
